Clientside Property Manager

A leading investment firm specializing in commercial assets, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee office properties within London and the South East of England. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about property management, ESG initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a portfolio of office assets.. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that the properties are well-maintained, profitable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

With £1.2 billion assets under management across various asset classes, this role offers a chance to diversify your experience and work with a successful organization that has weathered multiple Real Estate cycles. They are committed to investing heavily and seizing opportunities, ensuring a stimulating and rewarding work environment.

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management, with previous experience in office management. Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial, Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.

With a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience. On top of that, there's a bonus structure based on your performance, so your hard work will be rewarded.
