Interim Acquisitions and Disposals Surveyor required!
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority who require an interim Acquisitions & Disposals surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
You will be focused on helping the Council to acquire identified properties as part of a Town Centre redevelopment. You'll need a reasonable understanding of legal processes behind property acquisition and letting of residential and commercial properties for landlords.
Having worked and met with the team (who are all extremely friendly and efficient!), I can vouch for the fact that you will be in good hands!
MRICS is essential for this position.
