Responsibilities within your new role

Your work as a Land Agent/Rural Surveyor will involve managing mixed rural property portfolios, comprising agricultural, residential, and commercial properties, as well as natural capital, forestry, and sporting rights. You will offer advice on various land transactions, including sales, purchases, landlord-tenant issues, compensation claims, and servitudes/wayleaves. Along with this, you will carry out property appraisals and RICS Red Book valuations.

It will be your responsibility to review, advise, and negotiate on renewable energy opportunities such as wind, hydro, solar, and battery storage, and will provide comprehensive guidance to both private and public clients on all aspects of 21st-century land management.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We would be delighted to hear from candidates who are MRICS qualified, ideally Registered Valuer. You will be capable of acquiring expertise to offer advice on upcoming property trends and have responsive task management skills.

The role of Land Agent/Rural Surveyor requires a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
