COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR
An opportunity has arisen to join our London based firm of Chartered Surveyors, carrying out commercial and residential valuations throughout London and the Home counties.
About the company:
London’s team comprises nine Chartered Surveyors, all of whom are Registered Valuers.
The company strives to deliver a bespoke valuation service to our clients who include Private Banks, Lending Institutions, Solicitors, Accountants and Hedge Funds.
About the role:
We are looking for an RICS qualified chartered surveyor to immediately join our commercial and residential valuation team. Experience in valuing residential properties would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Commensurate with experience but market leading
Benefits: Car allowance, pension and private health care
Our office is in EC2Y and the position will be part office part home based dependent upon work load.
