A market-leading national consultancy, is currently searching for experienced surveyors or associates to join their Automotive team, with positions available in Manchester and Birmingham. The company are renowned for putting their employee’s first and working around each individual’s needs.

This is a rare opportunity, to enjoy a general practice role with the backing and support of a large national consultancy. The role will involve a mix of professional work, providing lease consultancy and valuation services, as well as general transactional responsibilities including acquisitions & disposals.

The team act on behalf of Landlords & Occupiers, with an impressive list of national and local clients with assets including car dealerships, trade parks, drive-thru’s, and fuel stations. The role will allow you to travel the country, with the team covering across the Midlands, North, and Scotland.
