Our client is an Independent Multi Disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors & Residential Surveyors, and is expanding with the appointment of two Residential Surveyors to complement their team to cover the East London & North London patches.

Those residing in all parts of the capital / M25 orbital are strongly encouraged to apply

The Person and Role:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS 
  • VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
  • Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports, and Building Surveys (Level 2 and 3 experience essential)
  • Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch (1 Survey per day)
  • Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
  • Big focus on high quality and low volume
  • Great sense of work / life balance

*Basic salaries in the region of £55,000 / £60,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcare and bonus scheme, uncapped earnings expected around £65,000 / £70,000
