Building Surveyor

A forward thinking and creative Building Surveying Practice, based in Bristol, are now looking for a positive and eager Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working within a range of sectors including residential and commercial.

The Building Surveyor will be taking on duties such as pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence surveys, administration, insurance, and dilapidations. This is a varied role that dips into every aspect of Building Surveying however there is room for flexibility to focus on a preferred sector or project.

This position will have responsibilities for projects across the Southwest.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS preferred or APC route
• 12 months + consultancy experience post-graduation
• Ideally experience in a variety of sectors
• Professional services experience
• Confident with managing a variety of clients
• Strong communication skills
• Can take on responsibility however be asking for help
• Working within a team

In Return, the Building Surveyor will receive:

• £30,000 - £40,000
• Bonus scheme
