Job Details

A global Quantity Surveying consultancy continue to grow throughout the UK and are currently seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office in South London.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on a myriad of public sector projects within the healthcare, education, and residential sector.

Reporting to a Director, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support a project delivery role. As a result, you will provide a full cost management service, pre and post contract.

You will also receive internal training and a tailored development plan.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • A construction related degree
  • Ideally working towards MRICS
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Experience within a consultancy/private practice environment
  • Excellent communication skills
