A forward-thinking Property Consultancy based in Leamington Spa are now seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their established team.

The Building Surveyors role

The successful Building Surveyor will have experience working with Housing Associations and private clients on Residential and Commercial property across the Midlands. Carrying out traditional Building Surveying requirements as well as professional services including party wall, dilapidations, pre-acquisition and feasibility surveys.

There is an opportunity for the Building Surveyor to take on more responsibility within the team with progression opportunities to move up to Director.

The Building Surveyor will ideally hold

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Show determination and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Experience working with Housing Associations
