Your new company
Your new company are one of the UK'S biggest parcel delivery companies. With an office based in Leeds and easy access across the northern motorway system you will be an integral part of the property team that make sure the warehouses are in the right places and with competitive leases.

Your new role
As a commercial property estates surveyor you will be working alongside an established and successful property team. Your new role includes a wide remit of lease acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory, rent reviews, service charge and rate management.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be a chartered surveyor with experience delivering a holistic estates role within the industrial sector and ideally B8 warehouses. You will need to be able to travel within the role and be an excellent communicator.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 + package depending on your experience. The role is a hybrid with projects across the North of England.
