Director of Building Surveying

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director level Building Surveyor to join a fantastic commercial construction consultancy, based out of their Manchester office.

The Director's role

As new Director, you will be running and supporting this consultancies Building Surveying Consultancy team, working on the full scope of commercial Building Surveying services.

You will cover the full range of Building Surveying services including professional services such as TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis, building pathology, expert witness and party wall alongside the full range of construction projects including refurbishments, repairs and alterations.

This is a great opportunity for a Director who is looking to take their Building Surveying career to the next step, take on more professional responsibilities and more involvement within business development/company growth as well as leading a multi-disciplinary team.

The Director will be working closely with the Leeds Partner to lead and grow this division, you will be given full autonomy and flexibility in how you do this.

• A Building Surveying Degree
• MRICS
• Broad Building Surveying experience (Professional services & project management)
• Experience managing a team
• Business Development experience
• Consultancy background
