Valuation Surveyor

Interim Estates Surveyor – West Midlands – 6 Months – 3 days per week (Part time)

One of my Local Authority clients based in the West Midlands is looking for a Chartered Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears
• Optional strategic asset management work
• Insurance valuations

Qualifications:

• Chartered with the RICS (essential) Registered Valuer (desirable)

Office presence:

• 1 day per week

Contract:

• Part time (3 days p/w - negotiable) 6 months Hourly rate negotiable upwards of £40

Interviews:

• As early as Thursday 8th June
