Are you a talented and experienced surveyor that is self-motivated, affable and sociable?  We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and highly skilled Property Manager to join our team.  You will be client facing with excellent communication skills, able to both pitch for new business and solidify existing relationships.  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management surveying.
• Minimum 5 years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess property conditions and market trends.
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
