Job Details
A renowned, award-winning Property & Construction Consultancy is looking to add a client facing, ambitious Associate Director, from a Quantity Surveying background, to their thriving Stockton-on-Tees team.
The Associate Director Role
The successful Associate Director will join an expanding team of Quantity Surveyors who boast an impressive pipeline of projects and continue to win new work.
The new Associate Director will ideally come from an Project management or Employers Agent background and have experience with winning work and delivering projects.
A flexible opportunity, working from the office 1-2 days per week, the new Associate Director will also have no glass ceiling on progression with excellent development opportunities to Regional Director.
The Associate Director
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS
- PQS / Consultancy experience
- Experience winning work and project delivery
- Great pre and post contract experience

- £70,000 - £75,000
- Car allowance of £5,500
