Job Details
A world wide construction consultancy are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their client focussed team in their Bristol office.
The Building Surveyor's role
Looking to strengthen the team with the addition of an experienced Building Surveyor that can support their workload and strong pipeline. The building surveying team offer the full scope of building surveying and professional services.
The Building Surveyor will be working in line with business objectives, delivering value for money, exceptional client service along with complying with health and safety, security and quality and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate must be able to deliver a high standard of client care, project management experience from inception to completion, a strong understanding of JCT contracts and a track record of working with multiple stakeholders.
The Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified or similar
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Well organised and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask
- Client facing
