INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED

Park Avenue Recruitment are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.

Duties in the role:

To deal with day-to-day estate management duties (Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals etc).
Recovery of arrears, undertaking of inspections, preparation of valuations, tenant liaison, asset management and negotiations with occupiers, purchasers and developers.
To support the team in driving the Council's commercial asset priorities to improve the performance of the Council's property portfolio.

The Council work on a hybrid basis, only requiring you in the office twice per week, and to complete site inspections when it is required.

MRICS and Local Authority experience is essential for this position.
