About the role:

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary Asset Management Team that provides a broad asset management function.

This is a key role primarily to deliver the management of the Council’s recently expanded commercial portfolio.

You will be responsible for the procurement and maintenance of all contracts relating to the management of retail premises together with a broader role managing the Council’s wider estate.

If you enjoy working with a team of professionals to manage the council property portfolio and think you have what it takes to be the difference for our staff and residents, then this could be the perfect job for you.

 

About the candidate:

We are looking for someone who can manage their own workload with minimum supervision.

You’ll need to be qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and have experience working in retail property management.

Your experience should include working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation.

Above all you will be looking to build on your current knowledge and skills to deliver a quality resource in the management of the Council’s property portfolio.
