You can work from home although there will be aa regional office opening in the next year which will allow you to work in an office of 6 people as well when required/desired.

Our client is a National firm with 150+ employees. A Multidisciplinary Property Consultancy that covers Valuation, L&T, Agency, Property Management, Healthcare, Building Surveying, Planning & Development and Rating.

Due to ambitious growth plans they are seeking a valuer to cover the Yorkshire Region

They have a workload of commercial and residential development led secured lending work that you will be expected to turn your hand to. Part of the role will be helping the firm win non-bank lending work also. 

If you are a General Practice Surveyor wishing for a more varied role there will be the opportunity to get involve with other professional and agency work also. 

We need to speak to ambitious surveyors who want to build a team help grow a business.
