Job Details
A key client of mine is looking for an Intermediate Surveyor up to Senior Surveyor to join their Rating / L & T team with the intention of a dual role, however, applicants wishing to specialise in either Rating or L&T will be especially welcome as the development of these functions in the future is a key objective for my client. Alongside a competitive salary/benefits package, my client offers a great work culture and prospects for individuals to develop their careers within a well-respected, pragmatic business.
What they are looking for:
• Experience in BOTH rating and L+T would be ideal but not essential
• At least 1 year’s experience within either rating or L+T
• MRICS qualification is ideal
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to be client-facing
• Exposure to a range of commercial assets
