Valuation - Surveyor to Associate

Woodhouse Property is delighted to be assisting a progressive international property consultancy, who are actively growing its valuation team in Leeds, with positions available from Surveyor to Associate-Director level. The team has a unique set-up, that gives you all the security and backing of a large consultancy without the corporate oversight and interference. All this leads to a team, which operates with a high level of autonomy and the ability to make yourself stand out and develop your career.

The team complete a variety of work across the North-East, covering both Commercial & Residential assets, including grade-A offices, high-end industrial properties & developments, BTR developments, and block investments. The majority of these valuations will be for secured lending purposes, with additional responsibilities providing fund valuations and strategic advice to Prop-Co’s and Developers.

As this role will require travelling to sites across the North-East, you must have a valid UK driving license. You will be MRICS chartered and ideally be a registered valuer, although this is not essential as training can be provided.
