INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED
NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in the East Midlands who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.
This role requires you to work through their legacy rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant negotiations and advise on disposal opportunities as a method of income generation for the council.
The council work on a hybrid basis - you're required in the office 2 days per week for team meetings and site visits. The council covers quite a town's, so a car is needed for you to get around!
This role is likely to be a 'rolling' contract. Due to the council struggling to hire permanently, the work has built up and it's probable that you could be in the position into the new financial year.
MRICS is required in order to achieve the offer of £400 per day. If you're experienced with Property and Surveying but don't have MRICS accreditation, let me know and we can discuss alternative rates to ensure you're still considered.
