Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a passionate and environmentally conscious graduate building surveyor to join our Bristol-based team. As a graduate building surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that prioritize sustainability and green building practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting building surveys and inspections
• Providing technical advice to clients on building maintenance and repair
• Preparing detailed reports and specifications
• Managing projects from inception to completion
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects

Requirements:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality work
• A desire to learn and grow in the field of building surveying
