Are you a qualified Valuation Surveyor who is looking for a step up? Are you involved in Land Acquisitions but not MRICS qualified? Are you a Estate Agent with experience in Commercial or Industrial and property?

About Our Client

Our client is a household name in the property world, with a progressive and flexible working environment. Known for their expertise across a number of sectors including: residential, commercial and rural. They are looking for Valuation Surveyors and whilst the RICS qualification is preferable our client is open to talking candidates without accreditation who hold strong relevant experience.

The role

Our client is looking for a candidate who has a positive can do attitude, who has the ability to organise themself as working independently will be a part of this role. This role will require strong negotiation skills and the ability to work to deadlines and within specific agreed budgets. The role will also suit someone with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

RICS qualification desired but not essential for the right candidate.

Full UK driving licence
