I am working with a well-established, independent real estate consultancy who are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

About the company/role:

  • 19 UK offices, with additional offices across 5 European countries
  • Multi-disciplinary, employee-owned consultancy
  • Hybrid working policy

  • Primarily fit-out and refurbishment work
  • Commercial offices, hotels and industrial sectors
  • Day to day work to include a wide range of standard building pathology services including dilapidations, TDDs and schedules and condition
  • Huge amount of work ongoing and in the pipeline, so a wide range of work to immediately get stuck into
  • Work based around the midlands
  • Social team who hosts a number of events and activities throughout the year

Ideal candidate:

  • MRICS Chartered
  • Background in construction consultancy
  • Evidential experience across a range of commercial real-estate sectors
  • Motivated and driven  
  • Confident in their own work and eager to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable working projects independently
