Valuations Surveyor

I am currently working on behalf of an exceptional real estate company that stands out for its unparalleled expertise, customer-centric approach, and extensive industry experience. With a proven track record of successful transactions and a team of dedicated professionals, they offer tailored solutions to meet every client's unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and maximum satisfaction. They are looking for a dynamic Valuations Surveyor to join the Southampton team.

You will be working closely with an experienced Director who can support you with the growth of this role. You will be looking to build strong relationships with clients, work to a high professional standard and continue to grow and develop. My client is seeking the relevant technical experience:

• Proven experience in commercial property Valuation, ideally for loan security and balance sheet purposes.
• Track record and knowledge of undertaking Commercial Property Valuations and Valuation Appraisals, including the use of Argus (or similar) valuation software.
• Strong command of written English and ability to write valuation reports with a high degree of accuracy.
