Senior Property Manager

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a well regarded property consultancy in East London to take responsibility for a number of high-profile management clients. As an organisation, they work with a range of residential and commercial properties across the London market. You will be joining an established organisation with a highly regarded Property Management division.

Your new role
As the Senior Property Manager you will be managing a mixed commercial portfolio and will have direct client interaction. You will be managing high-profile client portfolios and will be involved in a range of duties including service charges, landlord and tenant matters and property compliance. You will also manage contractors to ensure maintenance issues are completed in a cost effective manner. Budget responsibility is an important part of this role including rent invoicing, end of year reconciliations, service charges and financial queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you should be able to demonstrate property management experience working with commercial property. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and should have good IT skills including outlook, word and excel. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
