Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a Council who are recruiting for the position of Interim Strategic Asset Manager. This role combines a mix of hands-on asset management duties (rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, regears) with a more strategic element.
Whilst you will be required to carry out hands-on tasks, you will also be expected to provide strategic advice to improve the portfolio's performance and maximise revenue.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements so you will only be expected in the office twice a week and will be able to work remotely for the remaining days.
