Interim Estates Surveyor - Midlands - £450 per day - 9 Months - Lincolnshire

One of our long-standing Local Authority clients based in Lincolnshire is looking for an Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for an initial 9 month contract with a view to extend.

Ideally you will:

• Be MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• Have a background in estates management.
• Have local authority experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Landlord and tenant issues, rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, new lettings, freehold and leasehold disposals
• General estates management
• A little valuation work when needed.

This role is hybrid with office presence being 1 day per week.
