Interim Building Surveyor - Local Authority - South West - £52 p/h - 12 Months

I'm working exclusively with a Local Authority in the South West to assist them in their search for an interim Building Surveyor. They are looking for someone to work at the Council for an initial 12 month contract and they are adopting a hybrid working model. 

Responsibilities: 

• Surveying the social housing stock - pre and post inspections.
• Writing up specifications for tender.
• Dealing with the tender bid process.
• Preparing a schedule of works.
• Liaising with contractors, checking works, and making sure they are up to standard.
