Are you an experienced Estates Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity with a client-side organisation based across the south of England, HQ'd in the beautiful coastal region of Dorset? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and oversee the management of a diverse property portfolio. If you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in estates management, we want to hear from you!

In addition to the below, you will oversee aquisitions, disposals and strategic asset managemnet / L&T:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Portfolio Management: Manage, maintain, and enhance our property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and open spaces.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and oversee budgets for property operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements, such as health and safety, and environmental standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to the property portfolio, including security and emergency response planning.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability efforts, such as energy efficiency and green building practices, to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in estates management or property management.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management.
