Qualifications and Skills:
- Property Portfolio Management: Manage, maintain, and enhance our property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and open spaces.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and oversee budgets for property operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements, such as health and safety, and environmental standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to the property portfolio, including security and emergency response planning.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability efforts, such as energy efficiency and green building practices, to reduce our environmental footprint.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and needs.
