Estates Surveyor-6 Months –Council-East Midlands - £40 p/h

My Local Authority Client based in the East Midlands are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract with a likely view to extend.

They are looking for a Surveyor who is happy with hybrid working with 1 day in the office. This role will be focused on their Communities and Operational portfolios. Paying up to £40 p/h for the ideal candidate. MRICS is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Estates management of the Council's communities and operational portfolio.
• Rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters.
• Assisting with Senior Surveyors
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• You will be working remotely with occasional site visits as per a hybrid working pattern agreed by you and the Hiring Manager.
