Job Details

A close knit Construction Consultancy are seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor to work alongside one of the Directors on Healthcare and Leisure projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work with the Director on three hospital refurbishment projects across the UK, delivering pre and post contract services whilst adhering to the NEC contract.

Alongside this, the Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to work with merlin entertainment on global Madame Tussauds projects on the pre contract side.

Two sectors, worlds apart, but both extremely interesting in their own right.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • Able to manage projects independently
  • Pre contract experience
  • Refurbishment project experience - MUST
  • Hospital sector experience would be a plus
  • Client facing
  • Good time management

In Return?
