Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor ready to optimise an extensive property portfolio across a vibrant Birmingham site? This role is pivotal in overseeing property management and strategic development. Responsibilities:

  • Manage leases, rent reviews, and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and implement strategies for property enhancement, expansion, and disposals.
  • Provide expert advice on property-related matters, guiding our decision-making processes.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and enhancements for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, laws, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
  • Engage in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes with tenants, contractors, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Estates Surveyor, particularly within a diverse property portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation, leasing, and management practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant property laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
