Senior Valuation Surveyor

Your new company
My client is a public sector organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Valuation Surveyor to join their asset management team. With a number of new projects scheduled to start in the coming months, this role will provide interesting challenges for you to manage. Offices are based in North West London which are close to local train and bus stations, making this an accessible location.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will primarily deal with:
Preparing valuations of commercial properties and residential development sites, often with a high level of complexity.
Strategic advice in relation to the valuation performance of these properties.
Disposals and acquisitions.
Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
Chartered Surveyor (RICS)
Knowledge of Valuations/Red Book (Registered Valuer)
Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
Self-starter and able to communicate at all levels
High level of professionalism
