Requirements: 

• Ideally a RICS registered valuer / surveyor for thriving general practice company which includes an Estate agency and rentals department.

Job description 

• You will be engaged in building surveys which are undertaken on small and large period cottages and houses, and modern larger properties predominantly in what is a very much a rural area but also within small local towns. 
• Valuations for all purposes, Level 2/3 surveys and party wall act. 
• The successful building surveyor will work based in Banbury North Oxfordshire with an approximate 30 mile work radius.

Salary & Benefits

This is a full time role and the successful MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor who meets all requirements can expect a salary of £50,000 per annum with bonuses and potiental to expand department.
