Exciting opportunity to for APC Building Surveyor to join a global organisation in Tunbridge Wells. My client proudly provides accurate construction advice across the built environment. The building consultancy division manages a prestigious client portfolio working across the South East of England.

The building surveying team is comprised of sociable and friendly professionals who are all invested in their craft. The department is delivering programmes in the commercial, residential and education sectors. Project values range from £300k - £2million.

A progressive and supportive role working alongside a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councillor. The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from focused hands on training and development. You will work on a wide variation of schemes and disciplines including contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition and party wall matters.
