Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
Opportunity to join an independent construction consultancy with offices across East Anglia. Due to continued growth they are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Colchester office to work with a full spectrum of clients including private developers, commercial clients, housing associations, local authorities and county councils. You will play a leading role in expanding professional Quantity Surveying services working alongside an experienced and high performing team.

Your new role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of schemes from inception to completion in order to achieve a successful outcome for the project. This will include responsibility for scheme delivery and liaising with clients. As part of the role you will also be involved with mentoring junior members of staff including providing APC support.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be an experienced Quantity Surveyor and live within commutable distance of the Colchester office. MRICS status is preferred, although not essential.
