Retail Fit Out Projects


£60-95,000 + bonus + benefits, London


This respected independent project consultancy have a successful track record of delivering retail, commercial and residential schemes in prime locations in Central London. 

They are leading a well known retail led mixed use scheme in a prominent Central London location that will consist refurb and fit out. They seek project managers with proven retail fit out experience to join this project working with a director. 

About you:


You will ideally be a project manager with min 4 years' project management experience from a consultancy or client overseeing retail fit out projects. 

Additional attributes:

  • Degree qualified in a property related subject
  • Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
  • Proven experience as project manager leading projects via JCT contract
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
