Senior / Associate Project Manager - Hotel Sector
Project and Cost Management Consultancy
£65,000-85,000 + bonus + benefits, London
Leading consultancy with a strong reputation within the hotel, resort and residential sectors currently seeks a senior/associate project manager to take the lead on new instructions in London due to increased activity from investors/owners.
Current instructions include; high end boutique hotel, large resort complex and prime residential scheme.
About you:
- Degree qualified
- Chartered property professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
- Min 4 years industry experience within project management
- Experience in delivering projects within hotel and/or residential sector
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
