Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Solihull is now looking for a diligent Building Surveyor with a diverse skillset to join their Building Surveying team.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will benefit from on the job learning experiences whilst working on prestigious projects, which include large residential, industrial, Commercial and Educational schemes with contract values over £30 million to much smaller schemes across a variety of Project Management and core Building Surveying roles.

The successful Building Surveyor's main duties will include preparing schedules of Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Party Wall, handling claims and negotiations with loss adjusters, and Contract Administration.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualification ideally, or nearing APC completion
• Experience within the commercial property sector preferred
• Good communication both written and verbal
• Be able to work as part of a team
• An understanding of Contract Administration
