Job Details

An independent Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor as they expand their Central London office, which is a short distance from Farringdon station.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Supporting the Associates and Directors, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a cross sector of projects including two theatres, some large scale residential, education, and commercial offices.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will provide a traditional cost management role (pre and post contract) as well as delivering some CA and PM services.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Hold a RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Cost Management / Cost Consultancy background
  • Enjoys working across an array of projects
  • Professional
