An incredibly successful, market leading Construction Consultancy is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their established Manchester team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The company continues to win new work and recently a number of high-profile projects, as such they are looking for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Healthcare Team.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive strong career progression to Associate Director and tailored development that will certainly attract an ambitious professional wanting to enjoy the rewards for taking on greater responsibility.
Healthcare experience is desired but not an essential requirement, but this is a brilliant opportunity to give back to the community and as such an immensely rewarding role.
Whilst this is Health based, there is no limit to the diversity of the projects you'll be working on. No project is the same and this will provide a varied and exciting pipeline of schemes. As well as being able to get involved in other sectors as the role evolves.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Construction related degree
- MRICS or working towards
- Healthcare experience is ideal but not crucial
- Strong pre & post contract knowledge
- QS experience working in a consultancy environment
