Client Side Property and Asset Manager

We are working with a privately-owned, Asset and Investment Management business in London, seeking to hire an ambitious Commercial Property Surveyor with the appetite to take on a varied role on the client side, offering a genuine opportunity to combine commercial property with asset management.

We are looking for someone from surveyor to associate level and you will ideally be chartered.

Your role will see you working autonomously in a role with flexibility, managing a mixed bag of commercial assets across the UK. The portfolio will consist of offices, industrial, retail with residential uppers. You will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Property, responsible for managing and inspecting multiple properties in addition to rent reviews, lease renewals and other value add pieces.
