Job Details

A global cost consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a client facing nature and is eager to work on some of London's most high profile projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a close knit team of 15-20 quantity surveyors who cover a diverse range of data centre, towers, commercial, and residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor shall help deliver a full cost management service and take the lead where necessary.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS
  • A proven cost management background
  • Experience of working on projects within the built environment
  • Solid pre and post cost management experience
  • Client facing / strong communication skills
