Job Details

A high end, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveying Director to work alongside the consultancy's Managing Director in Central London.

The Director's (Quantity Surveyor) Role

The successful Quantity Surveying Director will work closely with the MD in tendering and winning new business, as well as managing the practices current array of high net worth, private sector clients.

Outside of the business development, the Quantity Surveying Director will still support the delivery of private sector projects along with your Quantity Surveying team that you will mentor, develop, and grow.

The Director

  • Quantity Surveying background
  • Preferably MRICS qualified
  • PQS / Private practice / Consultancy experience
  • Excellent technical, quantity surveying knowledge
  • Client facing
  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Comfortable getting involved in business development
