Job Details
A Central London Cost Management consultancy are seeking a professional Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is eager to grow within a small MEP team and take steps towards Associate.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the MEP Director on a mixture of residential, commercial, and hotel projects, delivering pre (including stage 1 feasibilities and cost plans) and post contract services independently.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will also support and mentor the junior quantity surveyors in the team, whilst helping the Director grow the business unit.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
- MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked for a consultancy / pqs practice
- MRICS or working towards
- Good pre contract experience
- Comfortable working in a small team
