We take a functional approach to recruitment with dedicated teams for Commercial, Technical, Operational, Land Agents & Agribusiness, Agronomy & Growing, HR and Finance roles. We also have a dedicated team for Rural Professionals recruitment which includes Rural Surveyors from Graduate through to director level. Rural Surveying, Estate Management and Utilities are intrinsically linked to the Food and Agri supply chains where, as a business, we spend a lot of our time. We have always chosen markets where we feel we can add maximum value and credibility. All our markets have a pronounced shortage of candidates, but this shortage is the case in extremis in Rural Professionals.
