DFG Surveyor - 6 Months - Local Authority - Norfolk - £35 p/h

My local authority client based in Norfolk are looking to recruit for an interim DFG surveyor on a 6-month contract. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a pay rate of £35 per hour with business mileage on top. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

• Identifying repairs, maintenance and adaptation requirements in the homes of disabled tenants.
• Producing specifications and a schedule of works for aids and adaptations.
• Carrying out pre and post inspections.
• Giving professional advice on factors affecting existing buildings, such as building defects, renovations and extensions.
