Job Details
An established Quantity Surveying consultancy with several UK offices are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Oxford office where you will be exposed to an array of impressive projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Opportunity
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 20 Quantity Surveyors who are working with an enviable client base from top tier sport teams to commercial buildings.
As a taste, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be working on high end residential projects across Oxford and London, valuing between £4m-£40m.
Not only working on exceptional projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have clear progression routes towards Associate level and beyond.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Able to commute around Oxford
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Preferably MRICS
- UK Cost Management / Consultancy experience
- Pre and post contract experience
- Client facing / professional / ambitious
